Creamy Chicken Spaghetti

Total Time:30 min
Makes:4 servings, about 2 cups each

1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, then sliced crosswise
2 cups spaghetti sauce
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cajun seasoning to taste

COOK spaghetti as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min. Add zucchini; cook an additional 2 min., stirring frequently. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Bring just to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Add Neufchatel cheese; cook 1 min. or until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN spaghetti; place on serving plate. Top with the chicken mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Add Cajun seasoning and enjoy!

pink lemonade pie

Need a dessert fast? Here you go
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream soft
1 pink lemonade frozen concentrate
2 graham cracker crusts

Directions:
Mix ice cream and pink lemonade and disperse evenly into graham cracker crusts. Use the plastic from the crust to protect the pie and put in the freezer to harden.

You can take it to a dinner party and by the time dinner is over the pie is done! Enjoy.

Chicken Florentine




3 Tbsp. Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
4 cups lightly packed baby spinach leaves
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Shaved Smoked Ham
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
HEAT 1 Tbsp. of the dressing in large ovenproof skillet on medium heat. Add spinach; cook and stir 1 min. or just until spinach is wilted. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
ADD remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing and the chicken to a different skillet; turn chicken over to evenly coat both sides with dressing. Cook 5 to 6 min. on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170°F).
TOP evenly with ham and cheese; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 1 to 2 min. until cheese is melted. Or, place under a broiler to brown. Spoon spinach mixture evenly onto four plates; top each with a chicken breast.
